If you’re like many people, you don’t know where to start because you’re not sure how this new information should affect your lifestyle. And just when you think you might make a change, a completely new health study comes out saying the opposite of the first health study. So, is it better to eat the whole egg or is it healthier to eat just egg whites? Is caffeine good for you or not?

The Travelers Institute to discuss findings at the Every Second Matters℠ event in Denver as part of Distracted Driving Awareness Month

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRV) today announced the results of the first release of the 2018 Travelers Risk Index, which focuses on distracted driving and perception of risks among drivers and passengers. Consistent with previous years, an overwhelming majority of people surveyed said that distracted driving is a concern. Eighty-five percent said it is extremely risky to use smartphones or tablets while driving, yet nearly a quarter of respondents said they do it.
